The principals and staff of the company are former information services executives with Pan American World Airways and Eastern Air Lines. The company represents over 125 years of direct experience in computer and communications technology and management, specifically in the air transportation industry.

Our staff, through its activities in the transportation industry, is intimately familiar with state-of-the-art communications, computer and data terminal equipment, software based voice and data communications networking, voice and data network design, implementation, and management, large internal and remote systems, etc.

Among other activities, our staff have been directly responsible for design, development, and deployment of:

• a worldwide airline passenger and cargo reservations and operations system;
• an international, packet switch based computer data transport network;
• state-of-the-art airport automation systems;
• PC-based computer data terminal systems;

Typical of our large scale project management capabilities, we completed project management of the $11 Million PBX and Local Area Network portions of a 29 story "intelligent" headquarters building for a major US corporation. This project involved specification, vendor selection, negotiation, and project supervision for a 3000+ position PBX and 2500+ position Token Ring/Ethernet LAN. This client also awarded us similar project management responsibility for a major new corporate computer center in the Northeastern U.S.

The company was also selected to provide project management on the specification and bid phase of SITA's CUBES project, a global airline industry baggage management system. For this fast-track project we successfully supervised the development of specifications and the Request For Proposal. This RFP was issued to over 40 vendors worldwide using the facilities of our InternetRFP services.

Other projects we have completed include:

• a major bar code and passive-Radio Frequency Automatic Identification systems;
• portable data-radio and computer applications;
• management consulting services in telecommunications;
• and a number of information technology strategic direction assignments;
• real time automatic identification systems;
• an assessment of market and technical potentials for advanced traveler self-service.

Our general consulting activities include:

• design and specification of voice telephone systems, data networks, private radio systems;
• call center planning and manpower requirements;
• communications cost analysis and optimization.

On the aviation side, our products include a suite of semi-standard and custom airline and airport related computer systems. In addition, we have developed and market a number of specialized software tools for areas such as telephone call center workforce management, project estimation and management, and others, and are currently developing a number of custom software projects for several customers.

Our development experience ranges from large IBM mainframe systems to development of a custom Local Area Network Operating System.
