Christian has been involved in various aspects of the information systems field since 1984. From 1986 to
1991, he was a member of the development staff of Pan American World Airways Advanced Systems group.
While at Pan Am, Mr. Mendes was the senior software designer/developer on Pan Am's widely publicized
"Airport Of The Future" and PC based workstation system projects. As part of these projects, he supervised

number of software robotic applications developed to replaced repetitious work with rules-based small
systems applications.
He has served on various technical committees of the International Air Transport Association (IATA), and holds a Bachelor's degree in Computer Data Processing, and a Master of Science in Computer Sciences. You may contact Christian directly by Email at: cmendes@insyte.com
