Mr. Steele is an accomplished professional in the field of Systems Management. During his career in
the US Army, Michael held positions of increasing responsibility in project and systems management
and logistics. In the years immediately prior to his retirement from the Army, he served as deputy project
manager for the US Army's 4th Mechanized Infantry Division. In this capacity he was responsible for
implementation, and operations and maintenance training programs for the division's $1.3 Billion re-equipment program. Concurrent with this, he was responsible for implementation
of a number of small arms systems in the division. This position was also responsible for
development of operations and training standards, compliance inspection, and certification
for the unit's 17,000 combat troops.
Mr. Steele has also had primary responsibility for managing a number of computer based weapons training systems for both armor and infantry units. During his Army career, Mr. Steele has also held positions of field combat command, and has served as one of a select group of the Army's Master Gunners. These individuals serve as a collegium to develop tactics and training for all combat armor units in the US Army. Mr. Steele'e background in command and project management in the military has developed outstanding skills in leadership, team building, and communications. Michael holds the Bachelor of Science in Systems Management and is a member of the American Society of Logistics Engineers.
